<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly analyze and diagnose presence/absence of an abnormal condition and its content to present a current circumstance and its prediction of a process, a condition of a plant, diagnosis information about an apparatus, and the like for reducing a load of an operator and greatly improving reliability. <P>SOLUTION: Based on rainfall information outputted from a rainfall amount radar processor 4, rainfall amount information outputted from respective ground rain gages 5, and process values outputted from an inflow duct level meter 9, a pump well level meter 10, and an inflow gate 10 installed in a sewage treatment plant 6, the total monitoring diagnosis device 8a controls respective storm sewage pumps 15 and respective delivery valves 16 for keeping a water level of a pump well 7 below a set level, and at the same time, diagnoses the process values and operation contents of the sewage treatment plant 6 to show a diagnosis result to the operator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
