A boundary block installation structure is provided to relieve the budget for repairing work by preventing a boundary block from falling down due to a collision by a vehicle. A boundary block installation structure comprises a boundary block(10) and an anchor bolt member. The boundary block has a couple of anchor bolt grooves(130) at two sides of a bottom of the boundary block. The anchor bolt member is fixed to a lane corresponding to the anchor bolt groove and is inserted into the anchor bolt groove. The anchor bolt groove includes a first anchor bolt groove formed at a side and a second anchor bolt groove formed at a side facing the first anchor bolt groove. The boundary block has a reflecting member at two surfaces thereof.
