The device has a tailpiece (4) made of a plastic material and fixed on a lower end of a tube (3). Metallic feet (11) are mounted on the tailpiece and allow prehension of a jack (13). The feet are preformed as four inverted curves. A ball collector (5) forms two curved branches whose base forms a circular arc of a plastic plate (6) fixed by a rivet (8) of a plastic plate (7). The plate (7) is fixed by the rivet extended by a finger on which buffer washers (10) are fixed by riveting. The collector forms a semi circle in its base.
