PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner having a fan in a case with an air inlet formed therein which is capable of preventing air flow from being largely disturbed by ribs of a mounting part provided in the vicinity of the air inlet while ensuring the strength of the mounting part. SOLUTION: An inside air inlet 29 is formed in an intake box 27 so that the inside air is sucked in a suction port of a blower fan 24 in a substantially straight manner. A mounting plate part 80 for mounting an electric actuator 33 to drive an inner/outer air changing damper 34 to change the air suction side to the outer vehicle side or the inner cabin side in the intake box 27 is provided on a lower side of the inside air inlet 29. The electric actuator 33 is mounted on the lower side of the mounting plate part 80, a plurality of ribs 81, etc. for strength reinforcement are formed on the upper side thereof, and the ribs 81, etc. extend in the flowing direction of the inside air.
