PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine which can smoothly proceed grain conveying work by reducing waste of time generated during housing of a discharge auger and promptly resetting the combine to work again. SOLUTION: The combine is equipped with a grain discharge auger 15 comprising a vertical discharge auger 15a and a horizontal discharge auger 15b, a turning device 34 for turning the grain discharge auger 15, a lifting device 30 for lifting the grain discharge auger 15. In the combine, measuring means 35 and 37 for measuring an angle of turning and an angle of elevation of the horizontal discharge auger 15b are equipped to detect a position of discharge, also calculate distances in horizontal and vertical directions from the position of discharge to a position predetermined to avoid interference of a machine body and control the turning device 34 and the lifting device 30 so as to reach the position avoiding the interference of the machine body by simultaneously driving the turning device 34 and the lifting device 30.
