PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body with a wheel applied with a static electricity countermeasure and capable of constantly monitoring a grounding state, and a grounding state monitoring system for it. SOLUTION: An electrostatic conductive mat 14 on a carriage 10 is connected to an electrostatic conductive wheel 12 and grounded, one end of an ohmmeter (or voltage meter) 18 loaded on the carriage 10 is connected to the electrostatic conductive mat 14 and the other end is connected to a conductive wheel 24 insulated by an insulating plate 13 from the carriage 10 and grounded.
