PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil coating device capable of uniformly coating an oil over a long distance and frequently performing oil-coating work without using a working vehicle, and an oil coating system using the device. SOLUTION: The trolley wire oil coating device 1 is constituted such that it is provided with a traveling means 2 rolling on a hanging wire M above the trolley wire T; a hanging/supporting member 3 hung down from this; a body 4 supported on its lower part and arranged below the trolley wire T; an oil-coating means 8 positioned below the trolley wire T on the body 4, contacting the trolley wire T at a predetermined pressure and coating the oil on the trolley wire T; a pressure measurement means 7 for detecting a contact pressure relative to the trolley wire T of the oil-coating means 8; lifting means 9, 14 for relatively lifting the oil-coating means relative to the trolley wire T between an oil-coating position contacted with the trolley wire T and an original position with a clearance; and an internal controller 10 for controlling the lifting means 14 so that the pressure measured by the pressure measurement means 7 is always within a predetermined value range.
