<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery operation support system capable of promptly shipping delivery objects stocked in a warehouse and of efficiently using vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: This delivery operation support system is provided with a means F6 for counting delivery objects by destination which counts the number of delivery objects to be delivered on the day with respect to each destination and their types, based on a plurality of slip data D4; and with a cargo collection instruction sending means F14 which sends type information and delivery quantity information on delivery objects stocked in the warehouse and controlled by a delivery object inventory control means F2 out of the delivery objects to be delivered to each destination on the day, to a work instruction terminal device by radio via a communication means, and which outputs, from the work instruction terminal device, cargo collection instruction information as work instruction information for instructing a worker to collect by destination the delivery objects indicated by the type information and delivery quantity information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
