<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance premium calculation system for easily performing the calculation processing of an insurance premium. <P>SOLUTION: This insurance premium calculation system is configured of a bar code 11; a portable terminal 21; a mobile printer 31; and a sheet for input. A plurality of input items relating to an insurance and input content about the input items are printed so as to be visible on the sheet for input, and a bar code obtained by encoding the input items and the input content is printed on the sheet for input. The bar code of condition information pertinent of each input item on the sheet for input is read by a bar code reader 11, and estimate conditions are successively input. When a bar code corresponding to the "calculation of the insurance premium" is read on the sheet for input, an insurance premium is calculated based on the input estimate conditions, and displayed at a display part in the portable terminal 21.
