PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for stably producing drone children immediately before adult emergence having high nutritive values in large amounts while controlling spawning of asexual eggs by a queen bee. SOLUTION: The queen bee is put in a spawning control area partitioned by queen bee-separating plates 50 enabling entrance and exit of worker drones and making entrance and exit of the queen bee impossible and a comb plate 30 for drones is inserted into the spawning control area and the inserted comb plate 30 for drones is taken out from the spawning control area after a prescribed period from a time at which a queen bee-transferring step has been completed and a step for inserting the comb plate 30 for drones has been completed and the taken-out comb plate 30 for drones is arranged in queen-free sections provided outside of the spawning control area and drone children are nurtured by worker drones until these drone children reach predetermined age in day. Asexual eggs of the queen bee are spawned in the comb plate 30 for drones within a prescribed period ranging from a time when queen bee-transferring step is completed and the step for inserting the comb plate 30 for drones is completed to a step for taking out the comb plate 30 for drones.
