PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-acoustic converter and an ear speaker device capable of allowing a listener to listen to a high-quality reproduced sound including sufficient bass sounds. SOLUTION: Since an ear speaker device 20 can deliver bass sounds emitted from a hole 28AL of a tubular duct 28L acting as a bass reflex duct to a drum membrane 103 at an adequate sound pressure level by locating a speaker unit 7L of an electro-acoustic converter section 22L somewhat ahead the entrance of the external auditory canal 102L of the listener when cover sections are worn to a head 100 of the listener and outputting the reproduced sound in a state that the tubular duct 28L is extended in a direction of the entrance of the external auditory canal 102L, excellent reproduced sound at an adequate sound pressure level up to a comparatively low sound frequency band can be listened to by the listener, while giving natural sound image localization to the reproduced sound.
