PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary machinery driving device capable of driving auxiliary machinery stably by prolonging the length of a contact section of an auxiliary machinery pulley with a transmission belt. SOLUTION: The transmission belt 5 of this auxiliary machinery driving device 3 has a first belt part 10 wrapped around a driving pulley 4 and a tensioner pulley 7 so as to bring its inner side face into contact with them to link the pulleys 4, 7 mutually on either of both sides nipping a virtual line L for connecting the centers of the pulleys 4, 7 mutually and a second belt part 11 for linking the pulleys 4, 7 mutually on the other side. In the auxiliary machinery pulley 8 fixed to an input shaft 2a of a water pump 2, its outer fringe is positioned in the vicinity of the virtual line L so as to cross the virtual line L, and the first belt part 10 is wrapped around it so as to bring its outer side face into contact with it. An idler pulley 9 is positioned apart from the virtual line L across an interval from the auxiliary machinery pulley 8 and the first belt part 10, and the second belt part 11 is wrapped around it so as to bring its inner side face into contact with it.
