PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating apparatus which detects a person by a person detecting means, and automatically changes a direction of blowing air of the bathroom heating device such that the air is not directly blown on an entering person, in regard to a bathroom heating apparatus installed in a ceiling or a wall surface of a bathroom, wherein a person entering the bathroom during heating operation for heating the bathroom is directly exposed to blown out air and feels cold. SOLUTION: The bathroom heating apparatus 1 is provided with: a circulation fan 2 circulating bathroom internal air; a PTC heater applying heat to the bathroom internal air sucked in by the circulation fan 2; a wind direction plate 4 determining a blowing direction of air heated by the PTC heater 3; a stepping motor 5 driving the wind direction plate 4; and a person detecting sensor 6 detecting presence of a person. By changing an angle of the wind direction plate 4 on the basis of existence/nonexistence of detection of the person detecting sensor 6, the bathroom heating apparatus can automatically change the direction of blowing air such that the air is not directly blown on an entering person.
