The plate has side parts (2) with guide grooves (4) that guides to a recess (3) in the parts. A grooving base (7) is formed by intersection of centered and stopping edges (5, 6). The grooves are guided below by a lower edge of the parts up to lower side of a shoe sole. The interdependence distance of the centered edge is same as the distance between spikes of tenons in an opened condition of front jaws. An independent claim is also included for a bout ski boot for a bout ski attachment system. -
