FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: vibration insulator comprises housing and flexible member made of an elastomer which cooperates with the object. The housing is made of a base connected with the lid. The base of the vibration insulator is secured to the base of the object by means of studs provided with nuts. The object to be insulated is set in the bushing provided with a collar. The flexible member made of elastomer is interposed between the inner side of the lid and outer side of the bushing provided with the central opening and the collar. The conical belt of the flexible member embraces the outer side of the bushing. The bottom section of the flexible member has a conical hollow. The diameter of the bottom base of the hollow is equal to the diameter of the central opening made in the base. The thickness of the layer of elastomer above the hollow and under the collar is 20-20% of the height of flexible member. ^ EFFECT: improved vibration insulation. ^ 1 dwg |
