PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition containing no vinyl monomers that is caused to react with a polyisocyanate to be used as a raw material of a polyurethane resin such as polyurethane foams, polyurethane elastomers or the like. SOLUTION: The polyol composition having fine polyester particles dispersed therein comprises a polyol (A) and fine polyester particles (B), where (B) is dispersed in (A) and the (B)/(A) mass ratio is 5/95-60/40.
