A method and a system for computing a spam index are provided to effectively discover and previously process malicious spams by determining questioner/answerer IP(Internet Protocol) information included in a Q/A(Question/Answer) information set, computing the spam index according to abusing factor related to the IP information, and detecting the Q/A information set as the spam if the spam index is higher than a spam detection index. A time information checker(940) checks storage time information storing the Q/A information set including question information and related answer information to a database(910). A keyword checker(950) checks keywords included in the Q/A information set. An IP information checker(960) checks the IP information of the Q/A information set. A spam index calculator(970) computes the spam index of the Q/A information set based on the storage time information, and the abusing factor related to the keyword and the IP information, which are stored in a spam index table(920). A bulletin processor(980) processes the Q/A information set according to the computed spam index. |
