A method and a system for providing a collect call service based on an agreement of parents are provided to transmit a correct call request call of a sender mobile terminal to a receiver mobile terminal after receiving the agreement from a parent mobile terminal. A correct call server(150) inquires information of the parent mobile terminal(112) corresponding to the correct call service requested from the sender mobile terminal(110), and transmits a message including a guide for the agreement and a hotkey for selecting the agreement to the parent mobile terminal. If the parent mobile terminal agrees with the service, the correct call server transmits the message including the guide for the correct call and the hotkey for agreeing with reception to the receiver mobile terminal(114), and activates the call between the sender and receiver mobile terminal by receiving the agreement with the reception of a correct call from the receiver mobile terminal. A billing server(160) bills a call charge to the parent mobile terminal if the receiver mobile terminal agrees with the reception of the correct call. |
