PERMANENTLY ANTISTATIC RESIN COMPOSITION, TRANSPARENT SHEET AND TRANSPARENT PERMANENTLY ANTISTATIC SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition exhibiting excellent transparency, and a transparent sheet and a permanently antistatic sheet obtained by molding the resin composition. SOLUTION: The permanently antistatic resin composition is mainly composed of 1-99 wt.% of (A) a polyepichlorohydrin polymer and 99-1 wt.% of (B) a cellulose derivative [provided that (A)+(B)=100 wt.%], wherein the polyepichlorohydrin polymer (A) is an epichlorohydrin-ethylene oxide copolymer and/or an epichlorohydrin-ethylene oxide-allyl glycidyl ether terpolymer.
