PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate disposal of data shared by a plurality of users. SOLUTION: A file management server 1 is provided with: a shared file storage area KRY for storing a shared file FL; a disposal execution determination part 104 for inquiring a sharer about whether or not the shared file FL may be disposed when a period for storing the shared file FL in the shared file storage area KRY has expired and, in response to an answer to the inquiry, determining whether or not disposal processing is executed; and a management part 101 for shared file and the like for performing disposal processing of the shared file FL in accordance with a determination result by the disposal execution determination part 104.
