A folder type mobile terminal having a double-sided keypad is provided to provide a more convenient interface environment to a user and expand a data input range by allowing the user to suitably use first and second keypads by rotating the second key pad as necessary. A folder(200) is rotatably combined with a front surface of a main body(100) and includes a display unit(220) for displaying various image information and a receiver(230) for outputting voice information. A hinge connection part rotatably connects the main body(100) and the folder(200). The terminal body(100) includes the first body(110) having a space part(111) with a certain portion opened from the front surface thereof and the second body(120) rotatably combined with the space part of the first body(110). The second body(120) includes the first keypad(121) and a transmitter(123) for inputting voice information which are formed on one surface thereof, and the second keypad formed on the other surface thereof and having a function different from the first keypad.
