A method of manufacturing food and water whose aldehyde compounds or its mixture are removed by reacting food or water containing aldehyde compounds or its mixture with cysteine, cysteamine or its mixture to convert aldehyde compounds or its mixture to a thiazolidine compound is provided. The food and water can reduce and prevent possible damage from a sick house syndrome by continuously drinking the food or water having the increased content of thiazolidine compounds. A food or water containing aldehyde compounds or its mixture is reacted with 0.1 to 100ml/L of material selected from cysteine, cysteamine or its mixture, natural material containing cysteine, cysteamine or its mixture, or a natural material extract to convert aldehyde compounds or its mixture to a thiazolidine compound, thus obtain food and water whose aldehyde compounds or its mixture are removed. The food is a processed food selected from the group consisting of alcoholic liquid food, non-alcoholic liquid food, solid food and semi-solid food. The alcoholic liquid food is liquor selected from the group consisting of cereal wine, wine, beer, Western liquor, distilled liquor(Soju) and cocktail.
