A reflector inducing a far infrared ray radiant heat which is applied to a roaster is provided to prevent meat from being stuck or burnt by the far infrared ray radiation heat to provide good taste. A reflector inducing a far infrared ray radiant heat which is applied to a roaster includes an induction part(10) and a support tool(20). The induction part is made of stainless steel or brass having high durability and thermal transfer efficiency. The induction part induces and reflects far infrared rays generated from a heat source(30) disposed under the induction part in a lateral direction so that the heat can be evenly supplied to 360 degrees. The induction part has a shape selected from a cone, a hemisphere, a square, a triangular pyramid, a two-stage projection. |
