A stainless steel buoy is provided to make a buoy resistant to sea water by making outer a shell of the buoy with stainless steel and injecting air into an air bag in the buoy. A stainless steel buoy includes shells made of stainless steel and the shell is wrinkled. The stainless shell is resistant to sea water durable against an impact. Bolt holes(12) for inserting bolts to engage the divided two parts of the buoy are formed in the shell. An engaging hole(13) for connecting the buoy and a net and an air injection opening(14) for injecting air into an air bag are formed in the shell. A lining for the air bag is made with a special rubber. The lining is used for maximizing the buoyant by injecting the air with a predetermined pressure to be inserted into the shell of the buoy as an air bag.
