PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for conveying which can more safely transport such chlorine-containing compounds (toxic substances) as PCB and has no fear of leaking a transporting article and contaminating environment by scattering or flowing out when an accident occurs. SOLUTION: The container 1 for conveying is constituted in such a way that the container has a structure in which a hollow rectangular parallelepiped is divided into two upper and lower parts, an upper part cover 2 and a lower part tray 10, and the upper part cover 2 and the lower part tray 10 has the function of intercepting the inside and the outside by joining the split faces under an opening condition generated by dividing and connecting them, and respective corner parts on the side face of the upper cover 2 are provided with support rods 3 extending from the top of the upper part cover 2 to the bottom parts of respective corners on the side face of the lower part tray 10 and integrally forming leg parts 4 pinching the lower part tray 10.
