<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate compressor resolving poor lubrication between a concave sphere of a piston and a sphere of a shoe and surely preventing the occurrence of a problem such as seizing and thereby improving durability and reliability of a device. <P>SOLUTION: The swash plate compressor comprises: a shaft disposed in a crank chamber; a swash plate rotatable together with the shaft; the piston housed in a cylinder bore so as to be reciprocatable; and the shoe having the sphere to be in slide-contact with the concave sphere formed in the piston, and a flat surface to be in slide-contact with the swash plate. The swash plate is connected with the piston through the shoe. In the swash plate compressor, a porous layer which can hold a lubrication component is formed the concave sphere of the piston and/or the sphere of the shoe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
