PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of easily constructing the stack of a stack type solar heat wind power generation apparatus up to high-rise stories in the air, installable not only on the ground but also on ocean, sea, and lake, and easily installable and removable, and also provide a device and a method for forming the apparatus in a stack shape with a large light receiving area whereby a light collecting device is made simple. SOLUTION: The stack structure is formed in a stack shape by using a screen to have a hollow body vertically passing through the center of a fire balloon between the ground and the sky. The apparatus is formed integrally with the balloon. The material of the stack-like screen selected from the existing products is a material excellent in airtightness, flexibility, lightness, heat resistance, durability, and heat conductivity.
