A process for manufacturing ceramic rubber with metallic function is provided to endow the ceramic rubber with flexibility and abrasion resistance before molding the ceramic rubber into shaped products by mixing rare-earth nano-particle powder and silicate nano-particle powder to prepare an inorganic composite and adding the composite to rubber powder. A process includes: mixing a combined rare-earth nano-particle powder and silicate nano-particle powder in 50:50 to form an inorganic composite; and adding the inorganic composite to general rubber powder. The combined rare-earth nano-particle powder comprises a rare-earth composite which includes composite lanthanum elements and contains more than 40% of cerium element and not more than 60% of composite lanthanum elements except cerium element. The silicate nano-particle powder comprises more than 70% of silicon oxide and not more than 30% of aluminum oxide and other elements except silicon oxide. |
