A method for producing articles from the composite material on the base of diamond involves forming of percolation layer from the mixture, containing at least silicon in the quantity, which is enough for diamond mass percolation, and graphite, heating of this system in the high pressure cell at the high pressure to the temperature, which is enough for silicon melting and maintaining at this temperature. During the forming of percolation layer moulding is obtained, which form corresponds to the profile working part of the article, which is necessary to produce. Then the diamond mass is sprinkled at the profile surface of the percolation layer moulding, and heating of this system is carried out in the heater of the high pressure cell.
