<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper after-service to a user by promoting a service store to place an order of components according to the operating circumstances of electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A digital camera 2 stores the number of times of operation as camera side log data 251 stored so as to be associated with the designation of each operating part, and transmits it to a user terminal 1. The user terminal 1 transmits received camera side log data 251 through a communication network N to a host computer 3.
