<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a number portability support system which can be used by making a contract only with either a migration origin carrier or a migration destination carrier. <P>SOLUTION: This number portability support system is provided with a migration source system 2 and a migration destination system 3. The migration origin system 2 is provided with a database access means 36 for accessing a user database 17 and a migration applicant information transmitting means 35 for extracting migration applicant information necessary for a migration destination carrier to conclude a contract with the migration candidate from the user information database 17, and for transmitting it to the migration destination system 3.
