PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit germanium effect at a maximum by securely bringing germanium into contact with the skin of a human body during use of spectacles since spectacles having germanium buried in an endpiece portion of a frame has a mismatch between the length of the frame and the position of an ear part of a user and germanium buried in a spectacle frame is brought into uncertain contact with the skin of a human body and gives only a decorative feeling and exhibits less than a half of its effect, although the usefulness of germanium is that when a metal element comes into contact with the skin of the human body, electron osmotic pressure operates to ionize the germanium and cause penetration into skin tissue, germanium ions penetrate a blood vessel through a blood vessel wall, and electrons penetrate into blood to develop ion effect of the germanium. SOLUTION: The germanium is mounted on a pad for noise part fixation separately from the endpiece portion of spectacles and then the germanium naturally and accurately comes into contact with the skin of the human body without awareness to obtain the germanium effect.
