A functional steam beautifying device for a face is provided to give a functionality to a skin by supplying an aroma and a herb medicine with steam to the skin, and to have a function of skin pores expansion using a far-infrared heat source with the steam. A functional steam beautifying device includes: a lower body(10) having buttons(11,12,13) for operating a far-infrared lamp and/or an ultrasonic vibrator selectively or automatically; an upper body(15) integrally formed on the lower body by a stand prop(22), and having the far-infrared lamp, a liquid storage tank, a liquid container(16), and the ultrasonic vibrator; a combined heat radiation and steam head part(20) installed on the front of the upper body, and having a heat radiating discharge hole(18) and a steam discharge hole(19); and a facial mask(21) installed on the front of the combined heat radiation and steam head part.
