PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating device and a treating method of a radioactive waste liquid capable of treating safely and inexpensively the radioactive waste liquid including a non-halogen-based organic compound. SOLUTION: This treating device of the radioactive waste liquid includes an extraction means for dissolving and extracting the non-halogen-based organic compound in the radioactive waste liquid into supercritical carbon dioxide by bringing the radioactive waste liquid including the non-halogen-based organic compound into contact with the supercritical carbon dioxide, an oxidation decomposition means for performing oxidation decomposition of the non-halogen-based organic compound extracted by the extraction means in the presence of an oxidizing agent, and a solidification means for mixing the radioactive waste liquid from which the non-halogen-based organic compound is removed by the extraction means with a hydraulic inorganic solidifying material to solidify them.
