<p>The present invention encompasses an arrangement ("A") to damp sound from an oscillating movement from line leads (2a, 2b) of a line (2) to a contact with and from a pole-shaped device (1), such as a flagpole, a sail mast or the like. An arm-adapted means (4) is to be produced from a plastic material and in two parts, where a first part (40) is associated with a manifest triangular configuration. Its portion (4a) proximal the pole is to display a semicircular, or in any event substantially semicircular, recess (4a1). To said portion proximal the pole there is, via discrete fixing means (7, 7a) a second part (41) secured but readily releasably fixable. The second part (41) consists of a semicircular, or in any event substantially semicircular, stirrup arrangement (4e).</p> |
