PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protrusion which can be detachably attached to underwear, and which enables an area affected by hemorrhoids to be pushed inward between both ischial bones when a user seats himself/herself. SOLUTION: This pad 1 for hemorrhoids comprises: the triangular protrusion 2 which can be pushed into a section between both the ischial bones, and the top part of which can be brought into pressure contact with the area affected by hemorrhoids; a flexible covering member 3 which is attached to the protrusion 2 in a covering manner; and an underwear adhesion part 6 which is provided on the bottom surface of the protrusion 2.
