The present invention is directed to the use of DNA or fragments or analogs thereof for gluing together, on a molecular basis, microscopic or macroscopic ob­jects/substrates. In particular, the invention is directed to the use of DNA, or fragments or analogs thereof, for prepar­ing molecular glues for applications in different technological fields, like, biomedicine, biotechnol­ogy, electronic and automotive industry.
