PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced and compact microbubble generating apparatus which generates stably and continuously microbubbles in the microbubble generating apparatus used for a bathtub or the like, and at the same time, constitutes an air intake part of a simple structure using an orifice fixing valve in place of a venturi. SOLUTION: Air taken in from the orifice fixing valve 51 is mixed in water 311 of the bathtub 3, and the water is pressurized by a pump 2, and supplied to a spray nozzle 14 of a gas-liquid mixing tank 1. Spraying water 161 sprayed from the spray nozzle 14 collides with a collision board 15 to go up, and stirs water and air. A control apparatus 61 controls a delivery pressure of the pump 2 such that air pressure of an air area 12 may be held constant based on the air pressure detected by an air pressure sensor 64.
