PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver which can provide highly precise uniform reproduced sound volumes of same audio broadcasts received by different broadcasting types. SOLUTION: The broadcast receiver includes a delay output circuit 22 which delays output of an audio broadcast received by an analog tuner 1a on the basis of a difference between a reception time of the audio broadcast in the analog tuner 1a and that in a digital tuner 1b which receives the audio broadcast later than the analog tuner 1a. The broadcast receiver is so configured that the broadcast receiver detects difference between the sound volume of the audio broadcast delayed and output by the delay output circuit 22 and the sound volume of the audio broadcast output from the digital tuner 1b and provides uniform output sound volumes of audio broadcasts output from the analog tuner 1a and the digital tuner 1b on the basis of the detected difference.
