Sol-gel biochip compositions for immobilizing a probe on substrate which is not surface-treated and a method for screening thereof are provided to directly immobilize gel type spots containing biological materials on a 96 well plate and minimize deformation of immobilized biological materials. The sol-gel biochip composition for immobilizing the probe on a PMMA(Polymethyl Methacrylate) substrate which is not surface-treated comprises 17.5-25 parts by weight of TMOS(tetramethylorthosilicate), 5-15 parts by weight of MTMS(methyl trimethoxy silicate), 2.5-15 parts by weight of GPTMOS(3-glysideoxy propyl trimethoxy silane), 12.5 parts by weight of 10mM HCl, 25 parts by weight of distilled water, 11-13 parts by weight of 10mM sodium phosphate buffer(pH 5.8) and 10-15 parts by weight of probe solution. The sol-gel biochip composition for immobilizing the probe on a gold chip which is not surface-treated comprises 16.2-18.7 parts by weight of TMOS, 3.7-6.2 parts by weight of MTMS, 13.7-16.2 parts by weight of GPTMOS, 0.01-20 parts by weight of an adhesive agent, 12.5 parts by weight of 10mM HCl, 23.7-24.5 parts by weight of distilled water, 11-13 parts by weight of 10mM sodium phosphate buffer(pH 5.8) and 10-15 parts by weight of probe solution. |
