摘要 A system and a method for treating digital textile printing wastewater using ozone oxidation are provided to effectively remove contaminants such as color and the like contained in dyeing wastewater generated from the digital textile printing process. A system for treating digital textile printing wastewater using ozone oxidation comprises: a wastewater storage tank(1) for storing wastewater generated from the washing process during digital textile printing; a wastewater supplying pump(2) connected to the wastewater storage tank by means of a transfer pipe(14) and operated by a water level sensor of the wastewater storage tank; an ozone generator(3) connected to the wastewater supplying pump; an ozone contact tank(4) for receiving ozone and wastewater mixed in the wastewater supplying pump through a transfer pipe(15); an ozone reactor(5) in which perforated plates(11) are formed in a zigzag shape; an exhaust fan(12) connected to an uppermost part of the ozone reactor, and an ozone breaker(13) connected to the exhaust fan; an activated carbon filtering tank(6) for transferring ozone treated wastewater to a treated water storage tank(7) through a transfer pipe(19); and sensing means(8a,8b) respectively installed on an upper part of the ozone reactor and the transfer pipe(14) in front of the wastewater supplying pump.
