A particle sorting device is provided to maintain the distribution of fine particles uniform and to obtain the uniform surface roughness of a polishing pad by classifying the diamond fine particles according to the size. The particle sorting device(100) is composed of a vibrating plate(110); a vibrator(140) installed at the lower side of the vibrating plate; a particle feeder(120) for supplying fine particles to the vibrating plate; particle separating containers(130) installed at the side of the vibrating plate and provided with at least two grating plates having a plurality of holes; and plural height adjusting units connected to the lower side of the vibrating plate. The vibrating plate is formed in the shape of a triangle. A first apex is higher than second and third apexes from the ground.
