A non-powered air purification system of which the installation cost of power supply facilities is not consumed, which reduces maintenance and repairing costs by making it not necessary to supply a power source to the air purification system even during the operation of the air purification system, and which can be installed on a street is provided. A non-powered air purification system comprises: a housing(100) installed on a street; a wind force unit(200) including a plurality of wind force units(200a) for ordinary times and a plurality of wind force units(200b) for an emergency; an external air inflow port formed on a side of the housing facing the road side; a filter(300) installed in rear of the external air inflow port within the housing; a propeller(400) including a plurality of propellers(400a) for ordinary times and a plurality of propellers(400b) for an emergency; a clean air outlet adhered to the sidewalk side of the housing; a plurality of power transmitting gears(510) of which one ends are connected to rotary shafts of the wind force units(200a) for ordinary times, and of which the other ends are connected to the propellers(400a) for ordinary times; an electric generator(530) connected to rotary shafts of the wind force units(200b) for an emergency; an electric condenser(550) for condensing electricity generated by the electric generator; a plurality of driving motors(570) for driving the rotation of the propellers(400b) for an emergency; one or more rotary sensors(590) installed at the wind force units(200a) for ordinary times; and a control part(600) for allowing electricity to flow from the electric condenser to the driving motors.
