Cosmetic agent comprises a combination of a polysiloxane with a viscosity of 0.1-5000 cSt and an ester oil derived from a C6-C30 fatty acid and a C2-C30 alcohol. An independent claim is also included for treating the skin or hair by applying the above combination to the skin and/or hair and leaving it on until the next wash.
