<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly deal with an inquiry or the like from a user. <P>SOLUTION: Original data created by a high order system server device 1 are converted into print data 2 and transmitted to a printing management server device 3. To the printing management server device 3, a print database 4, a printing position information database 5, and an operation information recording database 6 are connected. While the print data 2 is positioned according to information from the printing position information database 5, printing execution data are generated, and transferred to a server device 8 of the printing system, and are stored in the print database 4. An inquiry reception 12 uses a terminal 13 to access the printing management server device 3 and retrieves the printing execution data stored in the print database 4.
