PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To atomize a liquid by an ultrasonic vibration, and to more efficiently perform inhalation compared with a conventional manner. SOLUTION: The liquid is atomized by the ultrasonic vibration of an ultrasonic vibrator and the atomized liquid is charged by giving potential to the ultrasonic vibrator, so that the atomized liquid is taken into a body. The potential having at least two different frequencies is given to the ultrasonic vibrator.
