A method provides crushing kernels of walnuts or a filbert, frying, then thermal processing of honey and mixing fried walnuts or filbert therewith, thus thermal processing is carried out by heating of honey, whereas crushing of kernels of walnuts and/or kernels of filbert and/or fruits of a chestnut in addition is carried out after frying, thus mixing is carried out with the following ratio of the heated honey and the crushed walnuts 1 : (0,7-1,1), filbert 1 : (0,9-1,5), and chestnut 1 : (0,9-1,1). |
