The device has a receiver (2) comprising dip switches (20a, 20b), where each dip switch is provided with a mobile element between an opening position and a closing position. A transmitter (1) is determined with respect to the receiver, and has a permanent magnet (11) creating magnetic fields to generate magnetic field lines (L1). The magnetic field lines of the magnet create magnetization along an orientation in the mobile elements to generate a magnetic torque imposing the change of position when the transmitter is in the position closer with respect to the receiver.
