A frame support device for safety net installation of a building is provided to fix a frame for a safety net to a wall of a building simply by fixing a coupling member to a fixing member simply. The frame support device for safety net installation of a building comprises a fixing member(5) installed to a form hole formed on an external wall of a building and composed of a connection to couple with a reinforcing bar and a concave groove to fix an elastic rubber(23), and a coupling member(15) composed of a coupling joint coupled with a support frame or a support wire coupled to the fixing member to be separable and to support a safety net of a building and a fastening joint(13) fixed to the fixing member and provided with an insertion hole(27) to insert a front end(25) of the fixing member and a hanging projection(29) to couple to the concave groove of the fixing member elastically by the elastic rubber.
