A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the efficiency by including a plurality of light emitting layers. A display device includes a thin film transistor, a first anode(161), a polymer organic layer(220), a second anode(230), a low molecular organic layer(240), and a cathode(250). The thin film transistor is formed on an insulation substrate. The first anode(161) is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The polymer organic layer(220) is formed on the first anode(161) and includes a first light emitting layer. The second anode(230) is formed on the polymer organic layer(220) and is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The low molecular organic layer(240) is formed on the second anode(230) and includes a second light emitting layer. The cathode(250) is formed on the low molecular organic layer(240). |
